The Grandview Heights Police Department would like to encourage Marble Cliff residents and businesses that have exterior facing security cameras to register at https://www.grandviewheights.gov/294/private-security-camera-registration-program. This is a voluntary program.
Beginning June 29th the collection schedule for yard waste and recycling will resume to normal. Yard waste will be picked up every Monday and recycling and trash every Friday. Driveway pick up will resume. July 3rd pick up will be scheduled for Monday July 6th for trash and recycling. Yard waste pick up will resume on Monday July 13th with free bulk pick up available on Friday July 17th.
On April 15 the Grandview Heights Fire Department started their annual fire hydrant flushing. Over the course of the next month, crews will work their way around Marble Cliff to flush each hydrant. Flushing the hydrants ensures that each one is properly functioning and also removes sediment and debris from the water lines. Sometimes hydrant flushing can make the water temporarily appear rust-colored because the iron and mineral deposits in the water get stirred up. We assure you this is safe and advise you to run your cold tap for 2-3 minutes until the water turns clear.
The Village of Marble Cliff is pleased to offer a 35 gallon wheeled recycling cart at no charge to our residents. If you are interested please reply by email at marblecl@rrcol.com no later than 12/31/19 as there are a limited number of carts currently available. Residents will be notified when they are available for pick up. There is a limit of 1 cart per residence.
Invitations for the Annual Holiday Party for residents were mailed the week of November 18. Watch for them to arrive soon. Details of the event will be provided in the invitation. If you have questions, please call (614-486-6993) or e-mail Village Hall at marblecl@rrcol.com.
